Home buying was very smooth process when I purchased a home through Tim Haynackie, a Realtor from the Eric Team. He was soft spoken , very knowledgeable of every process needed to cautiously inspect and verify Home values. He even was available at the evening time of day in after hours. His Team also was excellent in the process of escrow and deposits schedules to acquire a home as well as closing. His experience also helped me find a Mortgage lender as well whom was also great.
